Woodstock Wedding // The Shermans

I am finally getting around to sharing Austin and Linnea's gorgeous wedding day in Woodstock, VA. High school sweet hearts and the sweetest Valley hometown...need I say more? Linnea's dress was from BHLDN, and fit her personality perfectly. The whole day was simple, elegant, natural, and overflowing with love and joy.

The ceremony took place at an old church in downtown Woodstock. Just married, Austin and Linnea exited the church to all of their friends and family tossing dried lavender. It was so dreamy!

Following the ceremony, we headed to Muse Vineyards for wine + portraits! Muse is a gem. It started to rain during portrait time, but after trying to wait it out a bit, we decided to brave the rain for a few images. Austin and Linnea's outlook on their wedding day was the best, and they did not let a little rain damper their attitude! I loved that they didn't care about getting wet, and just had fun with it! The rain made for such gorgeous moody shots!

After portraits we headed to Fort Valley Nursery for dinner, drinks, and dancing. The Nursery is an incredible venue: open air, whimsical plants, soft yellow twinkle lights....the perfect setting for a night spent celebrating a new marriage.
