Katlyn + Ev

Picking only a few photos from this session to share in a blog post was nearly impossible.

It was so special to meet up with Katlyn and baby Everleigh for some mommy + me photos. Almost a year ago I was taking maternity pictures of Katlyn and her husband just days before they brought their sweet baby girl earthside....and now look at her!!! Absolute perfection.

Katlyn is such an inspiration and makes motherhood look like a dream. If these photos don't make you want a daughter, I don't know what will. Katlyn's husband Richie is currently deployed and for the majority of Everleigh's first year of life she has been solo parenting. I admire her strength so much as one day I may be in the same position. Military families are simply the best. It's a tough life but a good life. Richie should be home soon and I cannot wait for the three of them to be reunited. Please keep this family in your prayers as they await the return of their airman.

In a few days Everleigh is turning 1! She is a beauty...from her baby blues to her cheesy grin...I am obsessed.
