Frieden Farms // Mt. Crawford, VA // Cory + Sarah
Cory + Sarah started their day at Frieden Farms in Mt. Crawford, Virginia. The venue was gorgeous and had such a warm, homey feel. Cory + Sarah included their daughter Emmy in so many special moments throughout their day. It was so special to document their bond, and sweet Emmy -- she was perfect all day long! Emmy tried on her momma's wedding dress, and wow, what a sweet moment to capture. The images of Emmy and her mom are some of my favorite from the entire day, and I am sure they will be cherished for years to come. It is so cool to think of these photos being shared one day at Emmy's wedding. Ugh, time is a thief.
After Emmy got ready with the girls she got to sneak away for a first look with her daddy! My heart was in a puddle. Not only did I get to witness Cory + Sarah's love for each other, but I also got to see first hand the love that they have for their daughter -- and wow, these two are such good parents.
As the morning progressed everyone ventured to a stunning Catholic church in downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia. As much as I love outdoor ceremonies, this church wedding was so beautiful! After becoming Mr + Mrs Smith we headed to the church steps for some 'just married' portraits. I am obsessed with the brick, pop of red, and Sarah's gorgeous veil. (Thanks Duke for that perfect veil toss, haha!)
Back to the venue for the reception....but first....portraits! Frieden farms has lush green fields that were perfect for some sweet images of Cory + Sarah. Sarah kicked off her heels and followed me willingly into the field -- a girl after my own heart!
After a brief rain shower the skies cleared and the sun shined -- just in time for the reception to be enjoyed both inside and outside. This wedding was so fun!!
Congrats Cory + Sarah -- I loved celebrating you!
