1912 Center Wedding // Moscow, Idaho // Joe + Morgan // Idaho Wedding Photographer
You know when you can feel love, joy, and kindness radiating from people? Yeah, that was literally everyone that I came in contact with at J + M's wedding. It was the best day!!
You may remember Joe and Morgan from a few blogposts back! I did their engagement photos at the University of Idaho -- where they went to college and met their freshman year. Their story is super cool because they proposed to each other. Their love for each other is so evident. It was a joy to relive their day while preparing this post! I hope that you enjoy scrolling through the highlights of their day.
Also, I need to add, this venue was a last minute change due to weather! Despite it not being part of the original plan, the 1912 Center in Moscow complimented their relationship and their energy perfectly. Truly, I kept saying all day that this venue was made for them!

Okay okay, you get it, enough shoe photos. You know how much I love shoes!! Morgan's Jewel by Badgley Mischka flats were a dream. Just a few more shots of those beauties...

^^^ this rug!!!! Honestly the icing on the cake for me. Unplanned, but it tied into the vibe of the day and the color of Morgan's details perfectly. Like, it could not have been a better match. This venue was historic, funky, and classic all rolled into one....aka my jam.
What I would do to have this rug in my house....ugh.

Lots of personalized hankies made with love by Morgan's grandma. It's the little things.

Okay...something else worth noting -- one of the groomsmen did all of the florals. Yup, a groomsmen, and he knocked it out of the park! So freaking cool!

It's the fringed pink leather jacket for me. ;)

And a moment for the groom....

The first look.
I LOVE how excited Joe was to see Morgan's dress!

My sweet assistant was able to grab some behind the scenes for me which is so fun! It is always a nice surprise to be going through the images after a wedding and be like, "oh, there I am!!" -- haha.

We dodged thunderstorms all day. The rain poured during the ceremony but cleared just in time to snag some bridal party photos!
This wedding season in the PNW + Idaho has been extra rainy - so my ability to roll with the punches and still express myself creatively is definitely being challenged.
Tip for photographers and clients - ALWAYS have a rain plan! Even if it means having a backup location or a rented tent. Also, clear umbrellas are a lifesaver! I drive around all season with a bunch of them in my car at all times. Paranoid? Probably... but it is great to be prepared for all weather!

This cake!!! yummmmm!!! Honesty the best wedding cake that I have ever eaten! Probably because I am a sucker for chocolate.

Congrats cuties!!!
